Our guests come from all over the world, which means each person will face different travel restrictions, depending on where they live.  We want to make changes, postponements, and cancellations as easy as possible.

If GOJ is canceled, at any time prior to February 14, 2023, we will give you the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund, of your paid GOJ amount.

If you are unable to join GOJ, for any reason*, and inform us prior to November 30, 2022, we will give you the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund, of your paid GOJ amount.

If you are unable to join GOJ, for any reason*, and inform us on or after December 1, 2022, we will make every effort to re-sell your room.  If we are unable to re-sell your room, we will apply your GOJ payment amount toward a future GOJ experience, within one year of the original check-in date.
